About Me

Alain Côté has extensive experience in business and real estate. A former banker, he worked for major Canadian investment banks, where he orchestrated multi-million dollar financing packages for institutions, SMEs, and large corporations.

He also held key positions at one of Quebec's largest construction and real estate development companies. In this role, he designed and implemented large-scale mortgage financing for a variety of projects, including condominiums, office buildings, and hotels. A seasoned manager, he has distinguished himself in the turnaround of complex real estate projects, notably by managing a portfolio worth over $250 million, including office buildings, two hotel complexes, and residential condominiums.

His expertise subsequently led him to collaborate with a major French real estate company, where he managed and turned around projects in Quebec while contributing to initiatives in Europe. Furthermore, the SITQ (now Ivanhoe Cambridge) entrusted him with the management of a struggling real estate project, which he transformed into a financial success, thus consolidating his reputation as an excellent manager.

A real estate broker since 2004, Alain Côté places listening to his clients' needs at the heart of every negotiation. In recent years, he has specialized in the sale of religious real estate for various congregations as well as corporate clients, offering strategic solutions that enable his clients to achieve their financial objectives.
